- To schedule and perform your pool service
- To communicate with you about your appointment (scheduling, ETA, service updates)
- To process your payment
- To follow up on equipment issues or service recommendations
- To contact you about services you expressed interest in (e.g., weekly maintenance, green-to-clean)
Who We Share It With
- Stripe (payment processing) — subject to Stripe's privacy policy
- No one else. We don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Text Messages
- If you consent to SMS during booking, we use your phone number to send appointment-related texts only (scheduling, ETA, service updates, on-site findings).
- We do not send marketing texts.
- You can stop service-related texts by contacting us directly, but this may affect our ability to coordinate your appointment.
Data Security
- Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.
- Your personal information is stored securely and accessed only for service purposes.
- Gate codes and access instructions are kept confidential and used only by Delaware Pool Service technicians.
Your Rights
- You can request a copy of the information we have on file for you.
- You can ask us to delete your information. Note that we may need to retain certain records for accounting and legal purposes.
