Equipment Repair

Pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, and automation - diagnosed and repaired. $185 flat service call fee.

Something stopped working? We diagnose and repair pool equipment across Wilmington and the surrounding area. Tell us what it's doing and we'll come take a look.

What We Fix

  • Pump - not turning on, losing prime, making noise, leaking
  • Filter - low pressure, high pressure, leaking, not filtering
  • Heater - not firing, not reaching temp, error codes, leaking
  • Salt system - not generating, error lights, low output
  • Automation and controls - not responding, programming issues, connectivity
$185 flat service call fee. This covers the diagnostic visit - showing up, assessing the problem, and providing a repair quote. If the fix is quick (like a tripped breaker we reset on-site), the service call is the total cost. Parts and additional labor for repairs are quoted separately and require your approval before we proceed.

After You Book

Once you book, we'll contact you within 24 hours to confirm your service day. We'll do our best to get to you as quickly as possible.

What We Don't Do

We service in-ground residential pools only - not above-ground, commercial, indoor, or grotto pools, and not pools with equipment inside a home or basement. If your pool is outside our scope, we'll tell you upfront.
