Eligibility Check

A few quick questions to make sure we're the right fit before you book.

Is your pool above ground or in-ground?

Is this a residential or commercial property?

Is your pool equipment (pump, filter, heater) located indoors or in a basement?

Is your pool indoors?

Does your pool have a grotto (built-in rock cave or waterfall feature)?

Before you book — try these first

These fix most common issues and could save you a $185 service call.

Check your breakers — Find the breaker panel in your house and look for any tripped breakers related to pool equipment. Reset them by flipping fully off, then back on.
Check GFCIs — Look for GFCI outlets near the pool equipment. Press the reset button on each one.
Empty the pump basket — Turn off the pump, open the pump lid, and remove any debris from the basket. A clogged basket can cause the pump to lose prime or overheat.
Empty skimmer baskets — Pull out and clean the baskets in each skimmer. Full baskets restrict flow and can cause equipment to shut down.
Check your water level — Water should be at the midpoint of the skimmer opening. Too low and the pump sucks air. Too high and the skimmer can't skim.
Is the heater actually turned on? — Check the heater's power switch and thermostat. Make sure the desired temperature is set above the current water temperature.
Is the gas on? — If you have a gas heater, confirm the gas valve is open. It may have been shut off over winter or by another contractor.

Did any of these fix it? Great — you just saved $185. If the problem persists, continue below to schedule a service call.
