At Delaware Pool Service, we’re all about making your pool opening as simple and stress-free as possible.
Please note that chemicals are not included in any of our opening packages. If you’d like us to add chemicals at your opening, be sure to select an opening kit when you book. (Remember: these kits jumpstart cleaning and sanitation, but they don't adjust your water balance. For pools that open green, extra treatment will be needed.)
These prices serve as a base rate. Additional costs may apply for certain features, including raised walls, covers secured with a cable, waterfalls, spillover spas, or complex pool shapes

We now schedule pool openings by the week, not by specific days.
When booking, select the week you'd like your pool opened. We will assign an exact date and notify you a few days prior.
Basic Opening
Starts at $350.00
If you handle your own cover or have an automatic one, our Basic Opening is just what you need. We take care of the essentials so you can focus on enjoying your pool.
Included:
✅ Remove the winter plugs
✅ Start your pool equipment
✅ Reinstall wall fittings, skimmer baskets, ladders, and handrails
Not Included:
❌ Cover Removal
❌ Water balancing
❌ Filter cleaning
❌ Chemicals
❌ Vacuuming/Brushing
Standard Opening
Starts at $425.00
Want a bit more help but still enjoy doing some of the cleaning yourself? Our Standard Opening is a great choice.
Included:
✅ Remove your pool cover
✅ Remove the winter plugs
✅ Start up your pool equipment
✅ Return wall fittings, skimmer baskets, ladders, and handrails to their proper spots
Not Included:

Deluxe Opening
Starts at $550.00
For those who want their pool fully open and swimmable as quickly as possible, our Deluxe Opening is the way to go.
Included:
✅ Remove your pool cover
✅ Remove winter plugs
✅ Start up your pool equipment
✅ Reinstall wall fittings, skimmer baskets, ladders, and handrails
✅ Give your pool a thorough vacuuming and brushing
